Join your favourite adventure crew for an unforgettable 4-night alpine traverse through the Canadian Rockies— a place where glaciers hang from jagged peaks, waterfalls thunder through cedar forests, and the stars feel close enough to touch. In partnership with Icefall Lodge, we’re combining their iconic backcountry hospitality with our Guided by Adventure ethos — authentic, wild, and connected. It’s the best of both worlds: their mountains, our mission, your adventure.

Please note you will need to find accommodation in Golden, BC, the night prior to trip start, (September 3rd, 2026)

Day 1 – Arrival at Rostrum Cabin

Guests meet at the Ice Fall Lodge Staging area ( Approx. 45 Min north of Golden, BC) where we will take 20 min helicopter ride to Rostrum Cabin. After unpacking, set out on a half-day hike beneath the towering face of Rostrum Peak, where broken glaciers drape over the East Face.
Return for dinner and an evening of starlight and stillness — the kind of quiet you can feel in your bones.

Day 2 – Traverse to Icefall Lodge

After breakfast, begin your 8 km treeline traverse through alpine meadows and wildflowers on the way to Icefall Lodge.
Expect sweeping vistas, dramatic rock formations, and peaceful lunch spots along the route.

At the lodge, you’ll be welcomed with appetizers from the lodge chef and a well-earned cold drink on the deck. Some guests brave the glacial waterfall plunge, others unwind in the wood-fired sauna. A hearty dinner and warm bed await.

Day 3 – Extra Day at Icefall Lodge

A day to deepen your connection with the landscape — and yourself.

Join your guides for a day hike to a high-alpine ridge with sweeping glacier views and nearby glacial tarns, or take a slower morning, coffee in hand, watching the light move across the peaks from the lodge deck.

Whichever pace you choose, this day is about presence — moving, resting, and breathing in the stillness that only high mountain air can offer.

Return in the evening for another nourishing meal, sauna, and shared stories under the stars.

Day 4 – Icefall Lodge to Kirwan Hut

After breakfast, continue toward the Kirwan Hut, a beautifully crafted cabin built in 2023.
The 7.5 km trail descends through old-growth cedar forest to the valley floor, following the river’s edge with gentle undulations.

Drop your pack and take an optional 4 km round-trip hike to the countless waterfalls of Icefall Canyon — a stunning finale where mist, rock, and water meet in perfect motion.

Day 5 – Departure

Enjoy breakfast and coffee as the sun crests the peaks one last time.
A mid-morning helicopter returns you to the staging area — carrying memories, new friendships, and that grounded, mountain-fresh feeling that only time in the wild can give.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Booking & Payment

    • A deposit is required to reserve your spot and is non-refundable unless spot is filled.
    • Full payment is due by August 4th, 2026

    Guest Cancellations

    • More than 60 days before trip: Deposit retained, remainder refunded.
    • 31–60 days before trip: 50% of total trip cost refunded.
    • 30 days prior / no-show: No refund.
    • CANCELLATION FEES WAIVED/ DEPOSIT RETURNED IF SPOT IS FILLED 

    Operator Cancellations

    • We may cancel trips due to safety, weather, or low enrollment. In this case, you will receive a full refund of trip payments.
    • We are not responsible for travel to Helicopter Staging Area. Staging area is located in Donald, BC.

    Transfers & Fit for Trip

    • Spot transfers to another qualified participant may be allowed (approval required).
    • Please ensure you are physically and technically prepared for the trip — for your safety and the enjoyment of others. We encourage a pre-booking consultation.

    Safety Closures

    • Trips may be altered or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., wildfire, government restrictions, extreme weather). Refunds follow the operator cancellation IF it is a guided day hike. if we had booked into a lodge that will not refund us then we will NOT be able to refund on our end.

    Refunds

    • Requests must be submitted in writing.
    • Refunds are processed within 30 days via e transfer
