Teapot Mountain Hike & Social – June 1st

June 1 @ 9:15 am - 2:30 pm

Free

Join Meg & folks from Northern BC Tourism for a group wander to show off what we offer as guiding company and what the North`s beautiful hikes are all about!

Teapot Mountain is a short but steep climb to one of the best views around.

4.2 km in & out trail gaining 200 metres of elevation. Rated as easy/moderate

We will meet at 9:15am, Sunday June 1st. Meeting location will be the Tim Hortons up in the Hart, from there we will carpool and caravan. Once on the highway we will follow for roughly 43 kms & then turn left onto Tallus rd off hwy 97 North & then right onto Caine Creek FSR North to access the trail head. This event is for a media visit with writers/photographers doing a piece for northern BC Tourism. So attend camera ready with smiles and stories. I will be running through standard full day hike procedures so that they are able to see what the process would usually be like (waivers, pre trip chat ect)
