SUMMARY:Raven Lake day Hike - June 26th
DESCRIPTION:Our first trip to Raven of the season!! We will definitely be making our way up through some snow so snowshoes are required! The weather looks amazing so let make our way up through the forest\, through the snowy meadow and down to the cabin where we will relax in the sunshine and have a long lunch & rest!\nRated – Moderate ~ this is a 10 km in and out trail. The trail may be muddy with rotten snow in may sections. \nMeeting – Meeting at spruce land mall out front the starbucks between 6:45-7am\, hitting the rd by 7am. Goal is to be back in PG by around 5pm\, depending on trail condition\, group pace & how long we want to sunbath for! \nIf you are driving yourself please email to register as the cost is $10 less  \nWhat to bring-\n\nGear for all elements (gloves\, toque (for alpine) & Dress in synthetic layers – warmth\, rain. heat\, mosquitos!\nBackpack & water\nSnowshoes (to strap to pack in case needed)\nGaiters (strongly recommended)\nPoles (optional)\nPad or backpacking chair to sit on\n\n\nWhats Included? \n\nGuided hike  (hike with guides who have park permit to operate within provincial park\, extensive knowledge of area\, route\, terrain & are equipped to keep you safe while you have an amazing time on your adventure)\nLunch & refreshments (lunch will be dehydrated backpacking meals)\nTransportation from PG to trail head & back\n\n****An email will be sent out to all group members 24 hours prior to go over meeting spot & any gear/info changes**** If you require any gear or have any questions please email us at theadventurebustours@gmail.com \n\nWe can’t wait to Adventure with you!\nMeg & James\nRefund Policy – Due to the nature of outdoor adventure and that we have many upfront costs\, all day adventures are non refundable within 48 hours of trip. SUMMARY:Raven Lake Overnight   July 14th - 15th
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the second Raven Lake overnight of the season! To start the summer off right we are heading East of town to Raven Lake. As we hike up we will follow a gradual switch back trail up through a beautiful old growth forest and break through into alpine meadow. From the alpine we will hike down to the lake and to our camp spot for the night. Once camp is set up\, our legs are rested and we have some lunch we will head out for some more exploration. We have rented the beautiful new cabin for this adventure\, so you have the option to stay in cabin or tent it right outside.\n\nActivity Level/Rating – Great for all levels. Rated as moderate (the hike up with overnight pack will take roughly 3.5 hours) We will be hiking for another 1-2 hours after camp set up (optional) \nThis is for you if you are new to backpacking and are looking for a great start to your season or journey into backpacking. If you are a seasoned back packer but looking to learn new routes & meet like-minded people. \n\nOption 1) You have gear\, food & are and are ready to adventure out with us!\n$95 person\n\n\nOption 2) Don’t have your full set up yet\, not sure about food choices…. let us take care of all that for you with our all-inclusive package. Must have proper day hiking gear (boots\, water bladder etc)\n$145 per person\n  \nHave most of what you need but not quite everything?
