SUMMARY:Sunset Snowshoe - Pilot Mountain - March 17th
DESCRIPTION:Its March and that means it stays lighter longer! YAY! Come adventure with us as we head up to the top of Pilot Mountain. This is an uphill snowshoe for 2.5km\, we will check out the view and snap some pictures at the picnic table before heading back down. This snowshoe is rated easy/moderate. Even though we are heading up hill until our rest point\, it is a gradual climb and suitable for all abilities. Total length is 4km\nMeeting at trail head 6pm. From the corner of Chief Lake Rd & Hwy 97 turn onto chief lake rd and follow for roughly 3.7 km and turn RIGHT onto Pilot Mountain Rd. Follow Pilot Mountain rd for 4.6 km\, trail head is just left off the rd.  Please arrive between 5:45pm & 6pm\, hitting the trail by 6pm. \nPlease be aware we will be following all current Covid guidelines. When you arrive please stay at vehicle while you put on snowshoes or head to a marked spot to maintain 2 meters distance from other group members. \nWhat to bring-\nSnowshoes or just ice cleats if limited snow. \n\nGear for all elements (gloves\, toque\, layers)\nHeadlamp\nMask or face covering\nBackpack for snacks & water (optional)\n\nWhats Included-\n\nGuided snowshoe with two guides so that you can feel confident and safe out adventuring\nSt.Pattys swag\nPunch card\n\n  \nIf you need to rent any gear please email us at guidedbyadventure.ca \nWe can’t wait to Adventure with you! \n  \nMeg & James \n  \n
