SUMMARY:Giscome Portage Trail - February 13th
DESCRIPTION:We are heading North of town to snowshoe the historic Giscome Portgage Trail. We will cover roughly 12 km on this in and out trail.\nRated as easy \nMeeting at the Tim Hortons parking lot off the Hart hwy in the Hart. We are hoping to be able to use van for transportation by then but if not due to provincial restrictions please be prepared to follow us out in your own vehicle. Leaving Prince George at 8am\, goal to hit the trail by 9am. Heading back to PG at 2pm at the latest. \n  \nPlease be aware we will be following all current Covid guidelines. When you arrive please stay at vehicle while you put on snowshoes & maintain 2 meters distance from other group members. Covid self assessment must be done prior to meeting up which will be emailed prior to adventure. \nWhat to bring-\n\nSnowshoes\nLunch\nGear for all elements (gloves\, toque\, layers) Dress in layers (be bold\, start cold) you will warm up fast so make sure to wear pieces you can easily take off when you get hot and put back on at the top.\nBackpack for lunch & water\nPoles (optional)\n\nWhats Included?\n\nGuided snowshoe (feel safe\, confident & have a wicked time knowing your guides have extensive route & snowshoe knowledge)\nSnack\nBeverage\n\n  \nIf you require any gear or have any questions please email us at theadventurebustours@gmail.com \nWe can`t wait to Adventure with you!\n  \n  \n
