DESCRIPTION:Ready to add some excitement and exploration onto your Okanagan escape? We’ve got you covered with epic hiking trips across the stunning Okanagan. Pick your date\, and we’ll chat about your dream trail\, difficulty level\, and duration\, crafting a legendary OKNG adventure day for you and your crew!\nWhat’s Included: \n\nGuided Hike with certified hiking guide\nLocal interpretation for area you are hiking\nCharcuterie mountain side\, prepared\, packed and set up by your guide\nTransportation can be provided for up to three guests. We can organize transpiration for bigger groups however transportation rates will apply\nSnacks & refreshments\n\n  \nRates: \n$135 per person\, minimum 3 people to book spot. For groups of 3-6 people rate drops down to $125 per person. \nTo book a trip please email us at guidedbyadventurepg@gmail.com or book ticket below and add requested date to the additional information/order notes section. We run trips 7 days a week throughout the spring\, summer & fall. Please note that your chosen date is not confirmed until we have contacted you and confirmed we have available guide for that day.

SUMMARY:Okanagan Adventure Series - Bear Awareness - May 28th
DESCRIPTION:This is our third session in our Okanagan Adventure Series. This session covers bear awareness & safety. Our goal is to encourage everyone to come out. Find adventure\, community\, make new friends & have a great time in a welcoming and supportive environment!\nThis workshop will briefly cover a variety of topics while we enjoy an evening hike. \nTopics include –  \n\nTypes of bears\nBehaviors\, habitats\nDifferences between defensive and predatory attacks\nHandling and/or preventing encounters and deterrents (everyone will get to try dispensing inert spray)\n\n  \nMeeting –  \nLocation will be sent via email to all participants. Session starts at 6:00pm \nThese sessions are pay what you can. We suggest a minimum donation of $5-10 to help cover costs associated with running workshops. If you are able to make a payment towards this session please send e-transfer to guidedbyadventurepg@gmail.com \nPlease book ticket below so we know how many people are attending and can email final details to participants prior to event. Workshop may be cancelled/postponed due to weather \nEmail will be sent to all guests prior with gear list & instructions. \n  \n
